July Update

July has come and gone and we remain unsure when anything will be unloaded of ours to finish up these boxes. We had discussed simply shipping what we have, but if you have been keeping up with the updates, that would be an unplayable game.
Some of those components simply were not producible here, and at the same time, we are in the situation we are. As exasperated as we are at the lack of updates, the lack of progress, every month until resolved, we come to you to let you know. One thing we have done is email daily to remain at the top of the queue and in their minds for updates. We are certain they are annoyed with us and hope that gets us news as soon as there is some.
June Update

So shipping is a mess.
We have been waiting and waiting for final pieces of this product. Just a few. We STILL do not have them. We have word that "perhaps" this is because the boat hasn't docked. Perhaps the boat HAS docked but without the container being unloaded the shipper wouldn't be contacting us yet.
None of these sound great and while we know shipping is a nightmare for everyone right now, this is a massive blow to us as we need these to hurry and wrap this up! We hope to have more news, but are not expecting anything over the next week as the US Holiday weekend approaches, but when we know more, you will know more.

Happy Memorial Day to all those in the US celebrating with us!
Your May update is some bad news. We are not sure why, but the ship we had hoped would be porting in California near the end of the month has not yet docked. When reaching out, we were told that is to be expected given the bottlenecking and shipping issues (truck shortages to get product out of ports specifically). We will keep you posted for followups when we get them. We hope you all had a good month and we can't wait to speak again soon!
April Update

This is relatively the same as last month. We anticipated that goods could take until the end of April to end of May to make it to port. Our previous experience taught us that when they say something is loaded does not indicate it's departure. We will keep you posted when we here, like Sun and Stone.
When that happened prior, we updated out of our usual schedule as the news was important and we wanted it delivered immediately. We thank you all for your patience and cannot wait to talk again soon!
March Update

Slow news month.
Last month, we let you guys know that our goods had departed on a slow boat a few days after Chinese New year ended for our Manufacturer.
More often than not, these things take at least 5-6 weeks to traverse the waters. i would also note for you guys that our product is coming in through California, not the east coast, so be aware the California ports are very congested and slow. We were informed by our shipper that this could cause delays as well.
